These are wedge sandals with a platform sole. They have an ankle strap with a small buckle for fastening, and the front strap is a chunky braided design decorated with shiny rhinestone-like embellishments. The wedge heel is fairly tall and solid, giving them a bold, dressy look while still being more stable than a stiletto.
